Kaitlyn joined the team at Echo Speech in 2017, and has been delighting clients with her bubbly personality and energetic approach to therapy ever since. Children particularly love Kaitlyn's warm and engaging style, and she is able to put them at ease during therapy sessions.
In addition to her clinical skills, Kaitlyn is constantly studying and learning, always looking for ways to improve her practice and better serve her clients. She is particularly passionate about using play and DIR-Floortime techniques to support the development of young children, and has seen great success with this approach.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn loves gardening, cooking, and spending time with her miniature sausage dog, Pickles. She is a true animal lover and enjoys nothing more than spending time with Pickles and her family.
